We currently deliver floral arrangements within Broward County, Florida. Delivery availability is determined by ZIP code at checkout.

Delivery Days & Timing

• Deliveries are made on scheduled delivery days during standard business hours.

• Same-day delivery may be available for orders placed before our daily cutoff time.

• Specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location.

Order Processing

All arrangements are handcrafted to order. Once an order has been prepared or dispatched, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Divine Roots and Roses is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Recipient Availability

If the recipient is unavailable, flowers may be left in a safe location or the recipient may be contacted to coordinate delivery.
