At Divine Roots and Roses, customer satisfaction is important to us. Because flowers are perishable and custom-designed, please review the policy below carefully.

Returns

All floral arrangements are final sale. We do not accept returns on fresh flowers, plants, or custom floral designs.

Refunds & Replacements

If you are not satisfied with your order due to quality or condition, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the arrangement.

  • Approved issues may be eligible for a replacement or store credit.

  • Refunds are issued at our discretion and only in cases of verified quality concerns.

We are not responsible for issues caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information

  • Recipient unavailability

  • Improper care after delivery

  • Natural flower variation or substitutions

Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of placement for a full refund, provided the order has not been prepared or dispatched.

  • Same-day delivery orders cannot be canceled once processing has begun.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Same-day delivery orders

  • Custom or special event arrangements

  • Holiday or peak-season orders

Delivery Issues

Once an order is marked delivered, responsibility transfers to the recipient. Divine Roots and Roses is not liable for theft, weather damage, or delays caused by incorrect delivery details.
